The Teochew braised duck shop in South Buona Vista Road (just off West Coast Highway) is pretty good. For ambience, there's that restaurant at Raffles Marina...

The duck rice near NUS, there's the Nasi Lemak around the pasir panjang area as well I think (down the road from NUS as well).
