i know your probley going to say like meet stakes burgers and stuff like that well i dont eat meet so what else can i eat that i could buy and dont have to do alot to it ? hope you can help me

You sound like you are trying to gain weight. That actually isn't as uncommon as you think. Try eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with a glass of milk before bed. Also, beans are very high in protein and should hep as we for putting on healthy weight. You can also eat pasta (I would recommend Barilla Plus, very good for you) with heavy sauces like pesto, bearnaise, alfredo, etc. Also for snacks, fresh fruits with fresh heavy cream, its wonderful and loaded in calories.

Crisco. no better way to fatten up than eating fat right out of the jar.
But really, any kind of pasta with a buttery sauce. or KFC.
They're going to put a warning on the buckets now!

Besides frozen dinners, I'd suggest peanut butter and grilled cheese sandwiches.
I like lox and bagel sandwiches, especially if you toast them!

Also soybeans: Buy the packet. Just boil them and add salt. They taste great and are healthy too!

chinese food they use heaps of oil.
indian food they use alot of cream and butter.
mexican food because its usually covering in cheese.

Buy a steak or a ham or something like that, cut the fat off, and eat the fat.

Peanuts? It contains a lot of oil.. sunflower seeds? All the nuts I guess, and they are healthy too!
