Hot is a perception...It's the way someone carries themself, their confidence, charm, mystery, (good looks help, but not always need to be drop-dead gorgeous)...It all about attitude!!

I guess it's whatever level of hooker she's planning on being. It all depends. If she's "hot," then she's probably not very bright or very respected by anyone----especially herself.
