It's not the hair, it's the pores and bacteria. Your thing probably sweated more when it had pubic hair on it.

In my experience, it doesn't really make a difference whether shaved or not. It's really a matter of personal hygiene. In the case of the vagina, some people end up with bad or altered pH (acidity) of their vagina due to using soap or other chemicals inside it. The vagina is a self-cleaning organ. Altering its pH can cause odor problems and even yeast infections.
There is also a natural amount of odor for human genitalia. There are glands, including sweat glands, in those areas of the human body. The crotch area is also usually enclosed in clothes and thus in a dark environment and without much air flow.
So, pubic hair can trap odors by absorbing the smells, but it is not the *cause* of the odors.

LOL! Sorry...yes, hair traps odors. Just like armpit hair, it catches sweat. Also, maybe the vagina with hair had an infection...I don't want to know why you are sniffing people's genitals.

its a matter of effort. the bacteria actually grows on the skin. with pubic hair, it takes more effort to kill the offensive bacteria by cleansing, exfolliating & rinsing. anything less than complete will leave bacteria to continue to grow & by their eliminations (the bacteria poop) cause the "stinky".
obviously with a "shaven maven", its much easier to scrub & rinse, therefore easier to clean making it stay human, not bacteria smelling. thorough scrubbing & rinsing with soap on a regular basis is the key. offer to help, lend a hand!!!
also, genetics, diet & how much water they drink will make a difference in smell & taste!

If you don't bath then it will. But the odour actually comes from the vagina. So take your bath or shower twice a day.

yes..odor molecules come from the hair folicle and it sticks to the hair..but usually these are unconsiously atractive for the opposite sex..so some is good but dont be stinky

Hair does not cause odor - but it does trap whatever odor might be there - so in addition to asthetic reasons it is best to go bald.

the lack of it provides for easier and more thorough cleaning ( tastes better too). velcro (or "chode" if you will) probably retains a few nasties in it. It just makes sense.

Are you the official vagina sniffer?? When one does not clean one's vagina, it will stink--hairy or not.
