Kids don't want junk, they want food that LOOK like junk. Make your own hamburger, mix in the dow, chop't vegetable. What they don't see...When you deep fried chips, make sure the oil is hot( 180 degree Celsius ) That way, the food doesn't suck in the oil. This taste bad and contain too much juice.. Never ower cook veggies. Always crispy.Good luck.

Try epicurious.com and food.com. All kids want junk, just don't keep it in the house. It was a big adjustment for my kids initially but now they don't complain.

Hey, here's a thought, just get the "junk" out of the house and quit buying it.....oh my gosh, who would actually think, that, that just might actually work. Man, wow....what a revelation I just had. Golly, good thing I saw your question, I would have never known what to do.

there's kraft website which i thot its gut recipes.. or try to search in d website under kids recipes. Go thru search engine.. n probly need to serve it more interesting.. kids love it.. hope by then ur kids wud wnt to eat ur food..

To any meatloaf, to eggs, to anything you want to add veggies to, pulverize some veggies and blend in. They'll never know! And, to muffin mixes, or to some bread mixes, add pureed prunes in place of the oil! This is SOOOOOO yummy and yields a sweeter, tastier product.

I have a recipe for you that worked at my house.

It's dinner time. You've fixed a delicious and healthy meal for you family. They sit down and start complaining about what you've fixed.

You get up from you seat, pick up their plate, and send them to their room. Period.

I'm afraid you're teaching them to disrespect your labor, what you're prepared for them, and you're training them to eat junk food.
