Definitely chicken noodle soup for number one. Sometimes wonton soup from the nearest chinese restaurant is really good.

Good old chicken noodle soup.
Actually it works best when made fresh, with homemade chicken broth. I use an excellent recipe form Martha Stewart (you can find it on her website - see link). As soon as I'm able to eat food after feeling really ill, I'll eat this and it will really make a difference (energy, alertness, return of strength).

Chicken Soup. I like campbell's...but from scratch is better.
Instead of adding the extra can of water, I add another can of low fat/low sodium chicken broth to campbell's noodle chicken soup. That way the taste doesn't get to bland.
