Every human religion is a matter of faith, it is a legacy of our ancestors beliefs, it helps us cope with social problems as it contains many timeless laws in relation to social structure, it contains many incidents and narrations , philosophical questions which have to be interpreted by different people according to their understanding, we all know that no great incident which can be claimed to be supernatural , extraordinary , cannot be explained by any mortals (scientists) has occured for a very long time now.
Then why the christians and muslims are in opinion that those who do not belive in their respective faiths will somehow go to hell and only they are right
* plese also answer me that is it true that if a christian has commited sins if he repents at his deathbed he can save himself from hell fire (if it is true it makes almost all christians irresponsible, as theory of Karma states each man is responsible for his own action no one can forgive him, he must try to do good acts)

thats the problem of christians and moslems. too bad as their teachings are too shallow to understand the law of karma which is also a universal law which affects all regardless of faith or religion.

As a Christian, your faith tells you there is only 1 way to heaven. That easily explains why a Christain says if you don't believe that Jesus was the Savior, you won't go to heaven. Muslims don't believe that...so they don't go to heaven.

Second, it is true that you can repent on your deathbed and CHRIST will forgive your sins...the person doesn't save himself. Chirst died many years ago and already covered the sins of the world. All a human has to do is accept that and follow Christ.

Irresponsible because you don't follow a theory of Karma? Theory, by definition, means unproven. To think that the death bed conversion must be false because it directly contradicts an unproven theory is illogical in itself. However, Christianity, also agrees with and teaches Karma to an extent. It's not called Karma, but the "reap what you sow" mentality exists in Christianity. The beauty and good news of the faith is that, at the end of the day, it doesn't matter what YOU did, it only matters that you've accepted what CHRIST did for you.

Christianity is the only religion that I'm aware of that it's followers don't attempt to attain perfection. Call it "zen", "nirvana" or whatever else. Christians attain perfection in God's eyes as a result of accepting what He did for them (His grace), not anything people did for themselves.

You seem to have the idea there is not common sense in Christianity. That is all Believe and Faith.
I think it is common sense to not steal, lie, cheat, murder. Or a host of other sins.
Yes, a person (Christian or not) could be forgiven on their death bed. But how many people really die there? Most of us will die suddenly and not have that chance. You make a false assertion that it will be a Christian on that death bed asking forgiveness. A Christian will be living the best they can Like Christ. hence the term Christian to be like Christ.

We have emotions. That's why we do illogical things. As to whether or not a deathbed repentance is enough, only God and the dead know for sure.
