I personally like ground turkey.
The benefits from eating low fat meats are especially important to ole folks like me.
However I find that turkey burgers come out a little on the dry side. To help with this problem, you can add a good olive oil to the mixture to help retaiin some of the moisture.
Some other things you might want to add:
Diced onions
Chopped Cilantro
Chopped Chives
Paprika
Sesame seeds
Diced bell peppers...mmmmMMmm
Italian seosonings
Marinera sauce
Habanero peppers
I am sure you get the idea...mix and match to kick it up a notch.

Make a turkey burger just like a hamburger. There's really no difference. A recipe isn't required.

I found some great recipes for turkey burgers on foodtv.com. Ground turkey doesn't have the flavor of beef so it needs a lot of spices and dressings--though it can be done low-fat. Check out the website.

No idea how many you plan to make, but what I do is to mix a pound of ground turkey with a pound of bulk sausage. The turkey "patties up" better and the sausage adds all the spices etc. I also use that to make chilly.
