Ok, so, here's the deal. I'm 16/m/co and I've REALLY started to like this girl who lives about 35 miles from me. She's an INCREDIBLE climber (and I love to climb) and she's really smart, we have a lot in common, we've been instant messeging a lot but we haven't actually visited much because of the distance and the fact that neither of us drive yet. I've gotten her dad's favor, he seems to think I'm cool, I've talked to one of her best male friends who says I should date her, eventhough he's never met me in person (only online.) She and I went to my Prom together, but that was her first dance and we really didn't do much but talk. I think I've layed down some hints that I like her, and she may have as well. How do I move on from here? I want to get closer, both emotionally and physically. How do I let her know I like her as more than just a friend without sounding corny or stupid? Thanks so much!

if it's what you feel, then you won't sound corny or stupid-just truthful. trust me, if you don't tell her, you will always wonder "what if". take the risk. you gotta take chances in life. besides, it's not life or death, so at least u'll be alive and kickin in the end!!
and i really dont wann get u down, but if u tell her soon and she doesn't feel the same, then at least u can move on before u like her even more. or...u can just keep trying. she'll prolly like u one day.
and if you tell her and she does like you then...IT'S PERFECT!!! it's all good. pray about it. and think positively. be confident. carry urself well. it works!!

35 miles is nothing! My boyfriend lives in Oregon. I live in Oklahoma. Crazy huh? anyway. about the problemo. Sometimes being Corny is super cute. Like when a guy studders when he tells a girl he likes her...Thats cute! I would just come out and say something. Even if it meant getting shot down. It seems like she has the same feelings and is waiting for you to make the first move. What could hurt from telling a girl you like her eh? Heck, she might just say the same in return!

Well first thing get your license boy...and then ask her if she would ever see you as being more then a friend because you think you two would work really well together but tell her that if she just wants to take it slow and be friends that's fine to just tell her it's her decision and that you just want to be her friend no matter what....

Just tell her how u feel and its ok 35 miles is not that myuch me and my ex went out and he was away at college and i did not drive at the time and he was 217 miles away and it worked out for 2 years sooo goodluck
