You could have many good memories tied to that particular house. I have a friend who bought her house from her parents. She has never been happier about a decision.

I don't know if there's a psycho reason, unless your life was psycho or turned upside-down when you lived there. If you want to buy it for all the happy memories, then do it! I'm sure you'll love it

I think it's a great idea if it makes you happy. I always wanted to buy mine, but the 13,000 dollar house of '69 is now about a million. Ha! Like that's going to happen.

was it a happy home life or a volent one, i wanted to buy my old child hood home to tear it down inch by inch, then jump up and down on the pile of rubbel.

my home was violent, and and i want to destroy violence., i dream of my , home all the time but after 40 years the memories are fading.at least my adopted mother is , fermly in [hell] were she belongs, molesting the devil, not me..
