Try the 8 minutes buns video. I have the DVD that has 8 minute abs, arms, buns and legs. I got it on amazon.com.

The exercises are designed to be done every day, to create tone and if you are building muscle in the area you won't lose inches. You may actually find that your butt looks a little bigger, but more toned over time.

Try doing hindu squats. Maybe 25-50 every morning. Eventually you can work up to 500.

Yes don't work out everyday and don't go on a I just can't eat diet
and most of all don't take them pills that should help but only take your money.
