p.s...I've been on wellbutrin xl 300mg for about 2 months now..but since the past 2 weeks I seem to be having this happen every day now....I also feel dizzy and unsteady...any help would be greatly appriciated..!!

oh girl these are so bad!!! its like a blood rush to your cranium. then all it does is pounds and gets you dizzy. I'm taking the same medication as you ,,, I'm thinking those are the effects of this medicine

I'm not a Dr. but I would say that your problem is related to your blood pressure. Usually when someone gets a "head rush" and headache when they bend over it's because of hypertension, which is high blood pressure. Usually when your head goes lower to the ground than your heart is when it's at it's worst, and it's usually better when you are sitting or standing. My advice would be to see a Dr. and try to cut back on sodium, which is salt. Sodium can raise your blood pressure and make you retain fluids, which will probably make your problem worse.

OK i have this same problem its a sinus problem. When i bend over i get a tightening in my head to but i know what it is so i try not to do that because i have a bad sinus problem. Dose it feel like your head is goin to expload or dose your nose stop up if it dose then its more than likely a sinun problem
