Sorry, you wont like my anwer, but honestly its not right for a 13 year old to date at all, regardless of the age of the other person.

Why start growing up before you have to, your childhood years are 16 at best, adulthood is around 70 years. My vote is be a child as long as you can, to many years are spend having to be an adult.

No. A 13-year-old shouldn't be dating anyone. 13 is just too young to be dating.

Just barely, if the 13 year old's parents don't have a problem either with dating in general or with the boy in particular.

To me it is okay but only if the boy is -15 and the girl-13 but they should just have a normal date.

It's NOT ok for a 13 year old to date at ALL! You are too young for dating.. ONE of you should AT LEAST be able to drive! geeez... try growing up a bit before you do grown up stuff.

yes it's fine, as long as the 15 year old is not pressuring the 13 year old to do anything he/she doesn't want to do.

It depends on maturity, how mature the girl is and how mature the boy is. I worry about it being a sexual thing though and that is still way to young to do that. But for holding hands and lunch kisses and stuff I would say OK.

I think it all depends on how mature the individuals are. The two people must know who they are first. Generally I don't think people so young would be ready and it could probably lead to some potentially bad situations but I think it ultimately comes down to how responsible and mature the two people are.
