Vitamin 'B' Capsules! No kidding! I have bitten my tongue something horrible before, and my cheek, but when I took vitamin B, it really helped. Take 1 in the morning and one at night. you should feel a big difference the morning after you take Vitamin "b."
Vitamin World should have it, or even H-E-B.

There is a WONDERFUL product available over the counter at any drug store called Zilactin-B. It is for canker sores and other mouth sores. It provides pain killing and leaves a film over the wound so it can heal. (Mouth sores hurt so much becaue the digestive juices of your saliva are literally digesting and ulcerating your mouth because the protective mucous membrane has been "breached" where you bit your tongue.) You dry the area and put the Zilactin-B on with a Q-tip and let it dry by breathing through your mouth a few seconds. BLESSED relief! I have used it for years.

Hydrogen Peroxide will help overnite. Just swish a little bit around on the sore before you go to sleep and spit it out good, but don't rinse. It won't hurt you and it doesn't taste all that bad. Do it after you brush tonight and in the morning and until it goes away.

Why in the world would you tongue be "ulcering"? An ulcer is an errosion in the intestines, stomach, etc. Gargle some sea salt water, you'll be fine.

Cold water and lots of rinsing! Go to your doc if it doesnt get better soon because if it's infected the infection could quickly spread and thats no good.

Feel better!
