OMG THROW THE PANTENE AWAY!!! IT WILL ONLY MAKE YOUR HAIR WORST, ITS GOT WAX IN IT WHICH WILL DESTROY YOUR HAIR BABE. I go back and forth between platinum blonde and blue black all the time, and the only reason my hair is still healthy and nice is because my hair dresser gives me WEEKLY (sometimes BI weekly) deep protein conditionings, it costs about $10 for each treatment, it really works. According to my hair dresser you cant see a difference the first 3-4 times but after wards you will notice a HUGE change (I noticed my hair was ALOT nicer after just 2 treatments)

Start with a good hair cut which will hopefully rid you of any split ends. Then, start using a shampoo/ conditioner 2 in one follow with a very intense conditioner (Garnier has been a good brand for me). You may also consider a hot oil treatment (this can be done at home or in a salon). There are also many shine and moisture boosting treatments which go on like hair color and can be done either at home or in a salon. Also avoid color treating your hair, too much exposure to harsh weather (sun, surf, wind pools) and hair products with alcohol listed as one of the first few ingredients. Hope this helps!!

You should go to the salon and get a deep conditioning treatment. I used to do it before fall semester every year in high school. It gives your hair a really glossy and healthy look. Also, there are a ton of products at Sally's to put on your hair so that heat will not damage it as much. You should use it each time you straighten.

I have that problem also. Go get Cholesterol. It is in the ethnic section at Wal-Mart. You can use that every other day until it seems better, then once or twice a week. Works great, i used to use it everyday....lol Also, I noticed it helped if I changed shampoos often.

go to a salon and ask a hair stylist. You'll have to pay around 20+ dollars but it will be worth it.
