What is a really good way to get a six pack, pecs, biceps, triceps, deltoids, leaner legs, and all that other stuff in 2 months that i could be able to stick to and follow for 2 months or more? cause i really want to do this but im lazy at times and i really want to lose my belly before it get's huge right now its what you'd call "beer belly" but i dont want it and at 18 i dont want a "beer belly" i'd like to look in the mirror and see a six pack and be happy with it. another thing i've been reading in these questions does masturbation really tighten up your abs or not? or is it best to do it for relife after working out and for sex? i'd like more on how to get a nice bod before i go back for my senoir year than jacking off.

Body fat is stored up sugars, commonly known as carbs. Natural sugars are a much better form. Like fruit, honey, and natual juices.

First step is getting your body to use up the stored energy. Which means less sugars/carbs (because the body naturally stores them) and more proteins (because the body naturally uses them right away. Also foods with Niacin are a bonus. Things like hot peppers if you can handle them. And any type of activity that will keep you moving and make you swet. EX- jogging, bike riding, walking, hiking, and many more.
Also a note. Remember that your body will use the closest stored energy first. So if you exorcise your legs then any fat on the legs gets used first.

Second. When your body really starts to burn the extra stored energy. I would recommend stepping up the exorsice. Weight lifting will really help at this point if you aren't already. To start off, you should use less weight but lift longer. This will wake up any sleeping muscles you already have.

Third. After that you have been pretty much reprogramming your metabolism. You will find that your body will let you know it is time to really increase the exorcises. It will seem that what you do doesn't work you very much any more. This would be a good time to increase weight lifting and finding more physically demanding tasks to complete. For example, something like splitting logs with an axe. But not limited to that.

The reprogramming of your metabolism is the most difficult part about it. It requires determination to stick with it.

Workout with clothes
Get a personal trainer to set you a program choose the one with the best reputation and think about the way they look and is that how you want to look.
Diet is really important
You can do this in 2 months but you need to workout at least 6 times a week for at least 1.5 hours a day.
If this isn't realistic you need to change you timeframes.
Stop reading crap and start doing exercises cause you have some really silly statements that I almost didn't respond.

If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit. Stop making some major mistakes wake up earlier and get active earlier your metabolism is sluggish and needs to be woken up this is half your problem.

Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices

Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - multigrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)

Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.

Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.

To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 cal and 6 sessions again.

Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.

make sure that you watch your carbohydrate intake...excersise alot....and if you drink beer.(since you have a beer belly) quit...or don't drink as much....lots of protein shakes in place of the beer...stop being so lazy. get you a pair of gym shorts and a sleevless shirt....and make it to where you have no interuptions. thats the best advise Ive got for you. eewww dont work in the nude u dont need sex ethier ur to young wait till marrige u dont need to masturbate ethier. You nastie ugghhhh just go to the gym like every day or so and drink and eat healthy

excersize, drink ALOT of water, cut back on breads/sugars.

no, dont work out in the nude, untill ur REALLY muscular. ; )
