It sounds like you already know the answer. If you think he is cheating, leave him. You obviously don't trust him... it is time to move on.

I would before you catch an STD from him. It's just too scary. Also it would sure help if you knew for sure, like catch him in the act. Maybe you could tell him that you are going somewhere like to the movies with your best friend and that you will be back around 10:00pm or whenever is best for you, then take off and watch and see if anyone comes over or if he leaves, if he leaves you follow him, if someone comes over you wait... you have to wait so that you can catch something going on, instead of giving him the chance to talk his way out of it. This would also work if you could take part of a day off at work or whenever you think that he is cheating. Then if he is cheating dump his dumb cheating @$$ because you deserve better.

Why would you want to stick with someone who obviously has moved on to someone else? He has already broken up with you but is lazy. Kind of like keeping the old running shoes in the closet instead of throwing them out. Dump him! You are more valuable than that! You deserve someone better.

So your title is that he had sex with her but now you're saying he didn't? Do NOT marry this guy. Break up with him, block him on all media (phone, Facebook, etc.) and don't see him any more. For your own sake and his.

If you know he is cheating why are you still with him. You deserve to be treated better you owe yourself that. If he is cheating on you with another person, thats not fair to you. Their are two many diseases around now that can take your life. Is your life worth losing becausing he is sleeping around. Remember if he is sleeping with you and with somebody else too you are sleeping with him and that person as well. Its like a chain reaction that gets out of control. If the person he is sleeping with other than you and they are sleeping with someone else and that person is sleeping with someone else. How many people does that amount to. TOO MANY FOR ME!!!

If you know for sure that hes cheating, and he's not paying attention to you, then you should break up with him.. Maybe you should talk to him about it, before you break up with him.

First u should talk to him and ask him whats up if he tells u he doesnt want to be ur bf then leave him but if he doesnt say anything than just follow him around and see what he is doing maybe he is just tired

You first must find out whether or not he is cheating on you with evidence, feelings are feelings. If you find out that he's not cheating on you, maybe he's just done with you and is scared or doesn't know how to break up with you. Ask him.

To be frank, maybe he is not getting the right kind of ur attention, that's why he is behaving so. Just ask him what's wrong with him and maybe u can sort things out.Anyway, Best of luck.
