Yeah it sounds like warts. What you could do is see a chiropodist and get some professional advice. If it is a wart, you could ask for it to be cauterized. This is a procedure that will last a few seconds and will burn away the wart. Pain is minimal and resembles a minor sting with a tingling feeling. Any other method of removal does not guarantee a reappearance. Cautery removes the wart forever.

The word scleroderma means 'hard skin.' Scleroderma is a condition where the skin gets thick and hard.
There are two main types of scleroderma. One type is localized scleroderma, which affects mainly the skin. It can also involve the muscles and joints. The other type, generalized scleroderma, affects the skin as well as the internal organs, such as the heart, lungs and kidneys.Scleroderma is a relatively rare disease. It affects women three to five times more frequently than men. Its incidence occurs increasingly with age but its onset is most commonly between the ages of 30 and 50. However, localized scleroderma is more common in children.

I think your toes are rubbing together. Wrap one in gauze tomorrow. See if it's better than the other one. Have they been there since... say... the week that you bought the shoes you're wearing? If so, you might want to try different shoes.

Sounds like dried blood from either mites or fleas ... flea dirt (poo) looks like coffee grounds. The inside of ear doesnt always have to be dirty to have mites there.
