1) Cultivate your masculinity. This means you have to set yourself aside from the other boys who haven't quite grown up yet and don't know what sex they belong to.

Don't pull the "i'm so big" ego on the girl. Be true. Tell her what you think of her, offer praise. Maybe she'll be sweet on you and offer some back. Whatever you do, don't brag to your buds that you got her. Rumors will kill a relationship in high school. Play it cool. Keep the good stuff between you and her. well it's really up to your own perception of a girlfriend... having lots of friends who are girls are easy but you also have to be choosy to whom you hang around... a special girlfriend with intimate relationship it's really up to you, how choosy you are, your qualification of her and others... will answer to your question on how to get a girlfriend... i was in 2nd year high school when i had my first... i know you could fine one as well

PIck a girl you like that actually talks to you on a regular basis, and smiles while doing it. Ask her if she'd "like to go out sometime". If she says yes, say "great, can i get your number so i can call you this weekend". If she says no, say "that's cool- well talk to you later" and walk away.

most of us are really shy but we hide it well, so you have to ask, cause there is now way we are going to come to you, but for the first few time keep it casual. then if it feels like its gonna work ask her out. but don't tell anyone i gave inside secrets or i'll be tared and feathered. lol just kidding

Be very nice to her talk to her as much as you can without annoying her, and ask her about her day and stuff like that. and once you guys are cool, ask her to the movies or something fun. well Good Luck!!!!
