Gluten-free cooking can be super expensive because of all the different flours and such required to make a dough. Try this recipe to make her an easy snack that won't make you go broke.

1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter (be sure no gluten is in it*)

Mix together. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 mins until light brown.

*Terms to look for on labels, which may be gluten:
Starch, HVP - Hydrolised Vegetable Protein, HPP - Hydrolised Plant Protein, Maltodextrin, Malt extract, Caramel color.
