It is good to meditate on the ways of Allah (and all the gods !) for then you can become one with Allah as his son Mohammed(saw) did.
Do you whirl as the dirvishes do ? Sufi spinning is a good way to discover your inner Allah.

It is a waste of time; Ra Allah is powerless and cannot heal a headace. What power does he have? Do demons flee in his name? Can he perform miracles? If the anwer to these are no, go eat yourself a large lunch and find something better to do with your time.
