bottle for them to drink water from?

Actually they had one in Petsmart for awhile that was a big water bottle with a bowl that attached onto the bottom that could be taken off to give water to your dog. I'd actually go to your nearest camping/hiking store like REI, they usually have pet sections with stuff like that for taking your dog with you on walks and hikes. If they don't have it they could probably recommend a place that would.

Yes there are several made and sold in pet stores however I usually take a bottle and puncture a small hole in the top of it.

Go to your local pet store, there are all sorts of cool dog on the go bottles, etc.

I found a fanny pack at PetCo that carried two bottles of water (one for you and one for your four legged friend) and the pack part was a collapsible water dish.

yes, I have seen it at Pet mart and its a good idea to get one, they need lots of water in this heat...
