I would say if you wait longer than a week she will think you have lost interest. Though you never know it never hurts just to try to give her a call it might be worth it!

Never, if there were sparks then phone her and let her know why it took so long. If you don't know her well, use the excuse that you had to find the number again or tell her you had some unfinished business to clear up before you pursued her. How can she object to that? If you know her well, tell her the truth (with the exception of you needed to try out 10 or 12 other chicks before asking her out) so you don't get caught in any lie. If you tell her you have been thinking about her and only had the time to call her a year later, so be it. If she liked you, and is available, she'll agree but you might have to be very humble about taking so long!!

After 3 days I figure a guy isn't interested. If he calls within a week I may or may not be interested, depending on his reason for taking so long to call. After that... forget it.

after like a week or two. She might forget who you are and then just be mad that you called so late that you won't really get anywhere.
