As for the part about "Christian Soldiers", defending yourself and how you defend yourself was established more than 1400 years ago and it included everyone, including Muslims who attacked other Muslims; not just non-Muslims attacking Muslims.
When Muslim soldiers brought to Abu Bakr (the first of the Muslim Caliphes) the head of the commander of the Persian army they just defeated; in a box; they just chopped the man's head off after they killed him.
Abu Bakr asked them, "Why did you do this?" They replied that that's what the Persians and the Romans would do to our dead bodies.
His response was "And who's teachings are you following? Allah and Mohamed's or the Persians' and Romans'?"
Prophet Mohamed used to release non-Muslim pagan POWs on the condition of teaching 10 Muslims to read and write.
As for "Murder", I hope that we are clear that Murder is killing an unarmed person who did nothing to you. Killing someone who is armed and is shooting at you, isn't murder. It's self defense.
You can ask Pentagon spokeswoman Victoria Clarke who claimed that the American Tank that shot and killed 3 journalists in 2003 in the Palestine Hotel in Baghdad was self defense. The tank operators mistook one of the cameras for an anti tank weapon. She claimed that the soldiers were using their "God-Given-Right" of self defense. Defending yourself is a human right not a religious one....
And since non-Muslims have taught the world a lot in the Abu Gharib and Guntanamo prisons, I expect the stupid terrorists to, eventually, kick it up a notch using their newly acquired lessons.
Salahudin in the Crusades executed 4000 European POWs. It was only after Richard "the, so called, Lion Heart" of England murdered 4000 Muslim POWs.
He just followed an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth and whomever started is more at fault. Remember America had every right to defend themselves against Afghanistan (no love lost there), but Bush had no right to attack Iraq.
I am sad to say that the new breed of, so called, "mujahideen's" methods are more non-Islamic than anything ever in Muslim history.
So if you are truly curious about the teachings of Islam, I suggest you do your research.

Yes, it allows for anyone who is not a Muslim to be Murdered and Mutilated for refusing to convert.
