You should pick a time to wake up everyday that accommodates ALL your weekly wake-up times. Then work back nine hours from that. Find out what time you are generally able to finally fall asleep at night and start going to bed at that time regularly while waking up at the new set time. Then work back 30 minutes every two days until you get to your set "bed time". Try not to drink alcohol before bed, or drink caffeine after 12 noon. Also try exercising that helps you burn off excess energy.
Good luck this helped me

A small thing that can help is to get up at the same time each morning, no matter what time that you went to sleep the night before.

It it's snoring then theres a thing that out I forget what it's called right now but you put it on your nose and it's suppose to make you stop snoring. If it's sleep walking get a nature sound maker that you plug in and it's suppose to play nature sounds. pick one you like and play it and listen to it when you go to bed because it calms the brain down and helps your body relax.

If you're going to bed really late, you should either set your alarm and get up early anyways, so that you'll go to bed early, or just pull an all-nighter and stay up until the following night so you'll go to bed early. Both of these should regulate your habits! : )
