I would say no. There is nothing wrong with asking for help when you need it, as far as I'm concerned. However, if God is putting a different conviction on YOUR heart, that is a different story. Darling, I will pray for you to receive wisdom in your decision. My best suggestion is for you and hubby to pray together and seperately about it. Search the Word, ask God to give you an answer to your problem. Don't forget, as a Christian, anything that is on your heart is also on His. Only He can tell you what He wants you to do.

Maybe you are only suppose to have that one child. Or maybe it just isn't time for you to have another baby.
I had two children and my husband and I thought we were done and 5 years later I was pregnant again. 2 days after my period, and technically speaking there shouldn't have been anything there for me to get pregnant. One accident. It took 6 months of continuous trying with my other two children. I believe it was in Gods plan for us to have another baby even when we thought we were done.
Everything happens for a reason and if it is in Gods plan you will have another baby. You are still young. I had my last one (3rd) at the age of 32. You have time. Be patient. If the test say there is nothing wrong, then there is nothing wrong but the timing. Be patient.
Good luck.

I don't believe that it says anywhere that you can't however look at Abraham when he and Sarah went out of gods will to have a baby that was promised to them. however that was there promise not yours so is it right. That's something you should pray and meditate on. Everything happens for a reason God has his time and he knows what your heart longs for. Maybe there is something else he is waiting for you to do. I personally don't agree with fertility drugs that's just me. They are too new and the long term possible side affects haven't been really watched or have had time to figure them out yet. I wish you luck in your decision you know whats best for you and so does god. Just pray about it and don't worry about what everyone else thinks.

No ma'am, you are not wrong. Don't go with the faith healing sect who will tell you that it's all God's will, and God's will alone. God also gave us the doctors, whom he gave intelligence and desire to learn and help people with whatever their medical conditions may be. He gave us the scientists who research the new drugs and techniques for the doctors to use. God gives each and every one of us a talent. The fertility specialist you are going to see just has a sign on the wall telling you which talent God gave to him. Go to see the doctor, and when and if you have another child, remember to give Him the glory.

I'm not even old enough to have kids yet, but -
Keep praying to God and he will answer your prayers. Sarah (Abraham's wife) was barren until she became 90 something. Abraham was over 100. Then they prayed and God opened up Sarah's womb and gave them Issac. Nothing wrong with going to a fertility specialist. If you do have a child, then remember to thank God for his grace.

No..it's not wrong to learn of yourself...what limitations your body has and what you can do to work around those circumstances....Now ....God is always in control...and Children are blessings from God ..there were several accounts in the bible where woman wanted children but were barren...It took the power of God to open the womb....God is in control..of life giving ..even though he has given man the ability to have children...one of the likenesses of God in us...we still are depend ant on God giving us the blessing of life....If you and your husband have found that you're normal in the areas of reproduction....find out about your cycles and the time for the windows to be open...YES pray for wisdom during these times...for Gods purpose in having children...learn as much as you can because like in the bible there were reasons the woman who were barren ...were barren for a reason...(not to say you did anything wrong) just know there was a reason...seek Gods face even for the timing ...because he is the one with the answers ...And although it seems like He hasn't answered...I'm here to tell you he has heard you..but wants you to seek his face for his purpose...trust him...AMEN...God bless

If you & your spouse want a child & need a little help then you should go for it. God certainly gives us the wisdom & smarts to pursue our dreams in many different ways. Sometimes science is the key. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise regardless of the religious reasoning they quote. It's not their decision to make.

Absolutely not.
God blesses doctors with wisdom to help with infertility and He also allowed for other women to carry the child of barren women.
HOWEVER! If it's God you feel is asking you to wait, then wait. Always ask Him first, and it never hurts to wait for a clear direction...you'll know, as long as you don't let emotions get in the way...

No, you're not wrong at all. Would you consider it wrong to seek treatment for cancer or diabetes?God gives man the intelligence, the creativity and the innate curiosity to research and find ways to treat medical problems such as infertility. Truthfully, no one knows the will of God and perhaps this is the road He means for you to take. Good Luck!

No, of course not. There's nothing wrong with seeing a doctor. Maybe God is leading you in this direction anyway.
