OK calm down and where you can buy a dress for reasonably cheap would be Davids Bridal. Hopefully they have the 99 dollar sale if not they also have clearance racks check there first. If you can not find nothing there then try a store that is going out of business in Chicago. Just look in the papers and they usually say going out of business sale. Or try a second hand store as in a consignment store.
