Standard Answer is to exercise and reduce your calorie intake. When you exercise it's a good idea to do both cardio and strength building. Cardio burns calories -- try to do something that gets your heart rate up and keep it there for at least half an hour. Strength training is important because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn just by sittin there. As for diet try to eat more fiber, and avoid excessive sugars, fats, and breads that arent whole grain. I'd really recommend a book like "The Abs Diet" since it covers what to eat, and gives you daily excercises to do. If you buy that and follow it you should be pretty happy with the results after a month or so of following it. Best of luck getting the into shape!
