As far as I know, those classes are set in colleges and technical schools ... like Digipen (if the name is spelled right).
Check any local community colleges for computer courses. Also, call up schools to see if they have computer classes in their curriculum.

Not that I know of, but ITT Tech has a good program for when you get old enough for college. My boyfriend's majoring in it.
