I've always loved the story from Solomon where the two women were fighting over the baby. Solomon told them he was going to cut the baby in half and give half to each one. While the pretender agreed that was fair, the true mother was willing to give up the baby to save his life. In his wisdom, Solomon saw this, and gave the baby to the true mother.

Love tells us how to answer most questions and solve most arguments, if we only listen.

There are lots of them.. you can read John 14:1-3..its a beautiful passage for all who wait for the Lord... "let not your heart be troubled, You believe in God, believe also in me.. In my Father's house are many mansions, it it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you..and if I go and prepare a place for you, i will come again and receive you unto myself, that where I am there you may be also.."
And also Psalm 23, there are so many actually, just take a look and read your Bible.. everything in it is written for the best of us.

I'm not sure of the exact scripture, but it reads as follows: Be still and know that I am Lord

I love it because it reminds me that God is in complete control. Last Christmas morning, I looked outside and the ground was covered with snow. The weathermen hadn't predicted it, yet there it was. I opened the door to go outside and all was silent. I stood in awe, and immediately thought of that verse. It was beautiful, and I was reminded that ultimately God is in control.

Isaiah 42:8 "I am the lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images"

oh and Isaiah 43:2 "when thou passest through the waters I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not over flow thee; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shal the flame kindle upon thee"

and of course John 3:16 cause it says it all

I'd say ALL OF THEM! But, since I have to pick one....

Psalm 188:8 ~ "It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man".

Reason~ The center most verse in the Bible, and it speaks the Loudest! For man can be decieved. This verse shouts,,,"GO TO GOD! HE KNOWS WHAT"S BEST FOR YOU!!!"

1Co 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Self explanatory.

Jesus said, "I am the truth the way and the life." It sums up the whole Bible and the meaning of life.
