Lots of things besides HIV can cause thrush. Too much sugar in the diet, asthma inhalers, steroid usage. You tested negative for HIV. 99% chance you don't have it and after one more test you can be sure you don't. I suspect most of your problems have to do with a guilty conscience. Get some swish and swallow Nystatin from your family Dr and use this when you have symptoms of thrush. And quit having sex with strangers to repair your guilty conscience.

I'm diabetic and get thrush at least twice a year I went to a doctor that practically forced me to take an HIV test. It can be caused by antibiotics and possibly certain foods. if I were you I would not be sleeping around save yourself for marriage to much nasty stuff out there. Your doctor should have prescribed a liquid mouth wash called nystatin to rinse and swallow three times a day. Maybe you have a weak immune system our allergic to something your eating. good luck to you. I was also negative but already new it.

Thank your lucky stars, that all you got was thrush. Your doctor should have prescribed fluconazole (i think it's called). This should have cleared it up.

you could have mono or something like that, too. Could also be because you had antibiotics and the "good" bacteria is having trouble growing back and allowing the yeast to overgrow. Go see your doctor.

it would also help if you took probiotics as well.
