Personally, for me, it depends on the woman in question....but if she is under 40 and in reasonable shape and can carry herself well anyway, I don't mind it. It can be attractive on the right lady, and yet it can also be a bit less than classy, depends on the lady doing it, does she do it well, go overboard, etc?
As far as my attitude towards her, it really doesn't change things any more than any other attempt that women use to look nice, like makeup, wearing a dress/nylons versus pants, showing bare legs (where are the folks whining about short shorts and exposed butt crack, huh?), piercings, and so on...
Only thing that really turns me away are scars and tattoos, and those only if they are fairly massive (to the point of being disfiguring).
But then again, I am one of those...*lol*....I try to be a gentleman out in public, meaning if I am close enough to talk to a woman, I keep my eyes on her face as much as possible, duh...it's called self-control and manners, and some guys could use that.
Because men can be out of control skanks too, you know? Especially down south with the bare-chest thing....ughhh...

Before you start judging people on their appearance I would suggest you talk to them and get to know them. Everyone has their own point of view and some people are very conservative while others are not. You have as much right to be conservative as someone has the right to be liberal. What is dignity and respect in the United States is not necessarily dignity and respect in other parts of the world.
Before you start getting moralistic find out who these people are that don't have the same "attitude and state of mind" as you do. You'd be suprised at what you might actually learn about yourself and other people.

Typically, the women that dress to show cleavage have unappealing cleavage to look at. I never see a really pretty woman with perfect B 34's showing cleavage. It's always the DDD57's with double bagger faces.
Sexy IS a state of mind and using your body language is much better than flashing your ****.

If we didn't want you to look, we wouldn't wear low cut tops! Don't worry, it's actually quite flattering to find a guy looking at your breasts in a weird kind of way.....but try not to remain TOO focused on them - a quick peek every few minutes should be fine though!

I admire a woman who dresses sexy; I don't believe it has anything to do with being "easy". And I definately believe a woman can be sexy without showing it all. Yet, I have no problem with a woman dressing the way she wants to.

This is actually a good question, in my opinion, this is ok if you are single and looking for attention, kinda like a guy wearing fancy clothes to show off his money, or driving a fancy car. BUT if you were my girlfriend or wife, this would only be something i would want you to wear around people who respected and knew us. IE maybe to a party with other couples, but not to a bar or somewhere with singles who are looking. :) i think u get the idea.

Why does it matter to you how someone else dresses? maybe that woman is dressing that way as an expression of her strength because as a rule now everyone dresses so that people don't judge them and therefore everyone is trying to be what people want instead of who they want to be your clothes are your way of expressing yourself so wear whatever you want and further more cleavage doesn't make somebody easy it's very small minded to think that way & shows insecurity.

in a former life, they were what i'd call "easy prey"! now i just call them a distraction, but i mainly ignore them for what they are, trouble. i can see why the younger guys go for them though, its pretty obvious. so until women start covering up, men will go for them because the majority are easy...i agree with you on your statement about being covered up and still being sexy. as i have matured, i would only date a woman who i respected.

It works like a balance. (a) The more you show: the more they desire you, the less they respect you. (b) The less you show: the less attention you'll receive, but you''ll gain more respect. Also guys would most probably wonder how wonderful you'd look without them...
personally, i'd choose a (b) lady.
