Today I found $20 & I kept it. What would you do if you found $20 would you spend it or try to find out who lost it? Keep in mind that over 1000 people goes through the area where I found the $20 so it would be impossible to find the true owner.

I've already spent the $20 & bought some things I really needed. There's no chance of finding the true owner I look at it this way it's a gift from God himself he knew I had need of money.

Based on the question you seem to be a pretty honest person, congrats on that one, about the money you can keep it because there is no way to find out who the true owner is, and if you ask around every body would claim that they were the ones who lost the $20. I wish that you would have found a $20,000 instead of a $20, your honesty deserves it. God bless!

If I saw it fall from someone's pocket, I would give it back to them. Once I found wallet on the subway with $130 in it, and no ID. It was tempting, but I turned it in to the lost and found. $130 is a lot of money, I figured the person would call lost and found to try and claim it.

If you find money in a public place, though, and there's no way to find out who's it was, it's really yours. Your sharp eyes and attentive ways have earned you twenty dollars!

I had the same situation once and I kept the $20 but I donated half (that is $10) to a chinese temple while praying for blessings to my family and friends.

since you cant find the owner, of course keep it.
Finding it made you happy, right?
use it to make someone else happy
1)buy someone an icecream
2)buy quarters and put them in expired parking meters
3)bring a suprise cake or dognuts into work for your coworkers
4)donate it to the food bank
5)take somone who is lonely or sad out for lunch and a talk

thats what id do

If I saw where the $20 came from, I'd give it back. But if it was just out there, connected to no one, I would keep it.

I wouldnt joke about giving money to those extortionist$ at PETA. They are not good people they're all about gaining money and political power for theirselves at the expense of others. I'd give the money to the NRA instead!

Keep it...it was meant for you to find. You must have put some good vibrations out into the world to attract that money to you! :)

If there is no realistic hope of finding the owner, I would keep it.

Donate it to http://www.animalscam.com/
They do great work in exposing groups that really do not care about animals and sometimes kill them while collecting money that is supposed to help animals.
