ok now i have this friend that i really trust but im curious as to know what sex is like. I want to try this with him because i feel safe with him. i feel that i would rather lose my virginity to a friend rather than losing it to sumone else and then getting played by that someone else cause that would cause me to feel so hurt. Is it a good idea to lose it to my friend.

Its your virginity do with it as you please. Sex is good, healthy (as long as protection is taken) and fun, if you wish to have sex with somebody that you care about, but do not love, then go ahead and do it.

The only thing that i would say is that doing it with this friend will forever change the friendship, there is no way that you can be the same as before once you have seen each other naked and shared this together.

I am not saying that you will lose your friend, just that the friendship will change and you need to be prepared for that.

Good luck and have fun with sex - but always keep it safe

I dont think virginity is such a big deal. What i do see as a big deal is risking a great friendship for an "experience". Quite honestly, i can see why you are curious, its talked about everywhere.. but in my opinion.... its not really all its made out to be... I think that if you want to do it because you are curious... you should think about the outcome.... if you want to do it because you have some hidden feelings for this "friend" then go ahead. I lost my virginity at 18. i moved out with my then boyfriend before i did... only out of respect for my parents. But i was wise... i had him tested for EVERYTHING before i did . to whoever is reading this..... condoms dont always protect you... ive been reading about HPV which can be deadly and which can be transmitted skin to skin. meaning pelvis to pelvis, thigh to thigh.... it is no joke. just be safe!!!

No its not even to a friend. If this is a true friend they will tell you to wait. Do not rush having sex with anyone until you are married. You may not understand that right now but when you have children you will be telling your child the same thing. Wait when you do it should be with someone you love. Having sex right now is just what you will be doing, having sex not making love.

Its nothing to be curious about, if you do it with a friend just to see what its like you will find you feel nothing. Making love to someone is an experience within itself. One day you will understand the difference and wish that you had waited instead of losing yourself to curiosity.

I wish that I had waited and listened to my mother like I said before now I understand why she said what she meant and wished that I had listened.

I actually think it is a good idea if you are determined to lose it, do it with someone you don't have any feelings for. you won't have to look back on the hurt. if your life is revolving around your virginity and the sex thing and you don't want to wait until marriage, may as well get on with your living your life.

No. I think you should wait til your married to someone you really love. Then you won't have to worry about getting played. And having sex with a friend might mean losing that friendship. Anyway... if you did have sex with your friend it would be like your more then friends in the end. So wait til your married.

I'm going to be serious for a minute. No, don't do that. Wait until you're in love with someone, really actually in love with someone. It's so much better and more important that way, and you don't regret it for the rest of your life. But, if you're really going to do it anyways, then sure, at least it won't be as bad an experience as it could be. By the way, if you're nervous, it will hurt. If you're relaxed, it goes much more smoothly.

No unles you dont want to have a friendship anymore with him because after sex with your friend evrything becomes weird and the frienship that you used to have with that person will never be the same anymore so if maybe your in love with this person and want to take the relationship further to the next step then i say go ahead but xplain to him what you want to do before you do it. This i know because it happen to me. Good Luck

Age...responsibility....and lots of conversations about how both of you will feel after. Sex changes everything but is a great part of your relationship. Don't listen to the "save it for marriage" crowd. Sex is a major part of your relationship and you need to be able to satisfy your partner. A lot of marriages fail because sexually the two aren't compatible.

I wouldn't. If I had to do it again, I'd definately wait for my husband.

Doing it with your friend will open a whole new dimension to your relationship, and it probably won't be good. You may even lose the friendship. Is this a risk you're willing to take?

On the surface it sounds like a great idea, but things could go terribly wrong. It may change your relationship(friendship) Don't lose your virginity to anyone else until your ready to lose it to your husband.
