damn that is a good question...
first idea was touch... it is hugely important... also if you didn't have it you could injure yourself without knowing...
then i thought taste... because you could eat something bad and die from food poisoning..
sight you can work around, so thats not as bad not to have
same with hearing
and do you believe i can't remember the fifth sense! LOL

My first thought was sight, thinking you could pretty much manage around everything else. But then when i realized i could never hear my favorite bands again, music....what's the point of living at all. Music is more then just killing time on a train, it affects a lot of aspects in my life. Tough one though.

sight because i like to see wots going on around me i could do without hearing cos i wouldnt have to listen to anyone i could do what i want and not get ear ache for it and the excuse would always be the same .... i couldnt hear anything when we were being taught what was rite and wrong!

well, I would have to say hearing. I can't live without music. It's my life. If I could still hear music, that would be good enough for me.
