What kind of stuff? I'm sure she wants to help you with whatever it is, so just tell her and get it over with. Once you do it for the first time, it will come easy for you the next time. She will love that you want to share things with her and knowing that you share your life with her she will probably trust you alot more and give you more freedom.

Well i am 17 but i have never gone through this but i can somewhat imagine what you are going through. You really need to tell your mother because that is the only way you can get help. It may be embarrasing but you never know she may have gone through the same thing. The doctor would care less cause im sure they have seen many similar cases. Bottom line you need to tell your mother so you can get help and nothing else develops.

I was the same way for a long time. Finally I just figured out that it was easier to just blurt it out. Decide that you are just going to say it, take three deep breaths, then do it. People a lot of times say to write a note or something, but I never wanted to do that. It might work for you, but it doesn't go for everyone. If you want to post more specifically about what you are trying to tell her, I might can help you a bit more. GOOD LUCK!

Don't be embarrassed to tell your mom anything, that's what she's there for. Whatever you want to tell her is not going to make you sound weird - remember that she was your age once too! Just talk to her about everything honestly and be open with her. Don't hold back because you are embarrassed - moms are there to help and to give you guidance.

If talking is too tough to start, try writing a note first. Then arrange a time to sit down and talk without distractions - maybe away from home, go out for a meal or something.

Whatever it is....you need to talk to her.Sit down and let her know that you are embarrassed but want to talk to her and let her know whats going on.I feel great when my daughters open up to me because I know then how they feel about me and they know they can talk to me.I am sure she will wash away your worries and as moms, we have been there, done that so we are great on advice and even better listeners.Open up to your mom!!

Don't tell her everything. Find another female adult that you can trust and go to them. Mother's just worry too much. Obviously, if you are in trouble or need her, tell her what you need to.

Depends on what you want to tell her. Tell your mom you want to have an open discussion with her without her getting upset.

Find someone you can trust.
A teacher? a grandparent? an aunt? a friends mother?
And, I bet your mom would talk to you if you gave her the chance to prove herself.
