I'm no doctor so this is just personal advice. Not sure if you think these are a form of therapy. But I think Pilates or Yoga will help. Some of the postures help align the spine and strengthen the back.

Ditto on the yoga response. I have mild scoliosis as well and yoga helps my back and shoulder pain immensely. Yoga is great for your spine. When I neglect to do it, I feel the effects.

My chiropractor helps me. I have scoliosis in two places on my back.

Find a good chiropractor. A good one can relieve pain and prevent frequent visits. They may also have you wear a lift in your shoe. My chiropractor had my initial pain gone in a few visits.

i dunno. i have it too, but luckily i have never had too much pain from it.
