the probate court in your town/county should have information on marriage licenses and the requirements.

we needed photo IDs....but that's in ohio. and if you were married before you need proof of either a spouse's death (if widowed) or divorce papers. some state require blood tests and have waiting periods.

i think of you're able to do despite you decide on, even though it particularly is in all likelihood greater trouble-free to shop the marriage gown for the 'actual' wedding ceremony you have later, and purely positioned on a intense-high quality gown on the Justice of the Peace. That way, he will particularly be wowed later (while if he has already seen you in the robe earlier, it is not particularly as dramatic throughout the 'actual' wedding ceremony). in case you do have a protracted gown with a practice on the Justice, is there somebody who's keen to hold around your gown so it would not get snagged or grimy? (Plus, whilst you're strapped for money, would not buying a gown positioned you in the poorhouse?)

You will need to bring DL, SSCard, and if you are divorced then you need to bring those papers to the court house. Then they schedule a day when you want to get married. It usually takes 3 business days before you can get married. So good luck and CONGRATS!!!
