Some McDonald's have them here in the northwest but I'm not sure about anywhere else.

Try the mall, amusement parks and there is this store called "BJ's" like a wholesale store who sells them in their mini food court thing.

I have only found them once at a minigolf place last year... But i have seen them at the mall too. Oh! They have them at those giant movie theaters and the ice skating arenas.

well McDonals had them a while ago. they stopped i think.
however , most amusement parks have them. thats kinda too much money to get into the park just for the dippindots.
