I'm sorry I don't know what is in SPAM, but the other answers seem right.
BUT... I do know an interesting fact about SPAM. Did you know that Hawai'i is the world's largest importer of SPAM? Good info to have!

Nasty nasty nasty. It's like caned meat and is is super salty. I think it's like a combo of pork and some mystery meat. I tried it once and I will never eat it again.
