I believe they are, and if they have no back bone in their country, to stand up for what is right, then I do not want them in mine.

Don't want to have to march them out our country yourself. Then get your governor's attention by threating to vote down every bill and canidate on the docket, and then write your congressman, and tell him you are going to do the same, when it comes tme for re-elections in his office, if they do not start listening to their citizens.
It was something like that, that got the Pennysilvania Governor to put laws on the books that makes illegal aliens felons, and those that hire, or house them felons as well.
I am all for that, because then I could watch the drug dealers and other criminals leave the same way they came in, without having to violate American Civil Rights.
Americans are not perfect, but they've earned their mistakes, and besides without illegals, we can concentrate on our criminals.
It is the best plan I have heard yet.to send them packing

America did not used to have a government for the people. it was a government for greed.
We Americans, and our ancestors are what created the government for the people, of the people. It took far too much blood shed, but it had to be done. And illegal aliens want us to just hand that over to them.
Not gonna happen!

Tenth Generation American
Put a politician in their place vote "NO" to them, and what ever bill they put in front of you
They won't hear us, we don't hear them.
It's your choice, your vote

And, my chair is not comfortable, I live in poverty because of my husband's Mexican heritage, and being forced to work sweat shop wages. They have to fix their country, just like Americans did. This is not about charity either, and I have yet to see an illegal give charity to anyone else other than their own. Even my poor neighborhoods, the illegals live better than we do.

I agree with you. I have said it before in this forum. i think they are traitor and cowards. Running from your problems is no way to live. And then to come here and protest in our streets, waiving a Mexican flag is not tolerable. We have the right and duty to protect our country. Unfortunately, we live in a time when we can not be careful enough. The illegals must be returned to their home countries. maybe a guest worker program for those that actually want to work here, after they leave and apply to come back in, but we have to screen out the criminal element. There are far too many criminals for us to house. They should be turned over to Fox, and let him deal with them. And no amnesty, period.
I also think that the idea of sending the governers emails etc. is workable. I email my state reps every week, just to let them know where i stand. Only one has even sent me a standard reply email. The other has lost all. Everyone should be email their reps, wether you are pro or anti Illegals. Its is your civic responsibility to do so. Be American!!!!

They should be in there own country demanding rights. Mexico's minimum wage is $4.00 an hour, that's just a little below what Americas is, plus the cost of living is a lot cheaper in Mexico.
We have poor people in our country that need help and some of our elderly are barley getting by. They can't be helped like they should because America is always helping others.
How can anyone say America is greedy? We are the most generous nation there is, but our own people get shorted. We really need to be taking care of our own first. I have friends that work hard every day 10 and 12 hours to support their families and they can't afford to buy their meds even with insurance because they can't afford the co pay. A lot of them get sick and some end up dieing because they cant afford their medicines. And yet I have Colombian friends that can afford their meds because they are a lot cheaper and they only pay 10.00 to see a doctor and they have no insurance premiums they have to pay. It just doesn't seem fair. You live in a country all your life and pay taxes and contribute to society and others that aren't citizens get treated better.

No I don't think that they are traitors. They are still proud of their country but with not the same respect as they have for the US. My husband came here illegally and he loves the united states and He told me that he would fight for the U.S if necassary. Of course I told him why would you want to fight for a country that does not want you? His response is because he appreciates everything the US has given him. He know that the things that you and I take for granted he will never have but He waves his Red White and Blue Flag wishing that someday just maybe.... One day he said, people will realize that the economy is much stronger with us. As for the drugs, I hate to say this but the reason its being supplied to the US is because obviously there are some Americans here that want it.
Pride is a big thing for mexican people we strive to make our families life better and will do what ever it takes for our lifes to succed. I wish people only knew how much suffering some of the people who live in Mexico deal with. Why are we americans so greedy? Why are we always saying its mine its not theres. Why do we always say its not right we don't need to help them and why do we always say that it is so bad the broke the law when it happends every day. There are rapist, perverts killers and people like well you and me who run a red light guess what we have all broken the law. Yes we should all be sent back to were we belong, Now were do you belong? Send them packing you say? well honey you do my husband job. I promise that if this was to happen then I can just see your corn husk blond head shocked to see that the tomatoes this year are going to cost you 75.00

The illegals are hypocrites and yes traitors
Even though they may wave the Mexican flags, they are really hurting their own nation by not spreading the word around mexico of cleaning up their own corruption, overpopulation, pollution, etc...
instead they come to america and leach off of our government.

Send them back, and Mexico may actually improve.

"I think that when bush makes it so easy for bosnians and europeans to come over legaly they should do the smae with haitians and mexicans"

Actually it is very hard for europeans to come over I heard. I head they only give out a limited number of chances to come over for each country. And many south americans immigrated here each year.

besides, what anti-american european would want to come here?

"ne day he said, people will realize that the economy is much stronger with us"

Actually the illegals are hurting the economy

" I wish people only knew how much suffering some of the people who live in Mexico deal with"
yes and accepting illegals is only masking their own mexican problems. Mexicans should revolt-- clean Mexico up

"Pride is a big thing for mexican people we strive to make our families life better and will do what ever it takes for our lifes to succed."
How about moving to USA legally?

" As for the drugs, I hate to say this but the reason its being supplied to the US is because obviously there are some Americans here that want it."

Yeah 14 year old kids that got addicted to it. but since they want it, it is not the illegal immigrants smuggling the drugs fault right? Wrong

"Why are we americans so greedy? Why are we always saying its mine its not theres."

You mean like when all the illegals protested with signs "OUR CONTINENT HAS BEEN STOLEN" and "give back OUR contintents!"
and greed? Do you realize how corrupt south america/central ameriac is? The Mexican government is filled with greed flowing through their veins. That is why Mexico is such a poor country, because of that-- greed.
USA is just defending itself.

"why do we always say that it is so bad the broke the law when it happends every day."

So since so many people break the law-- everyone should break the law! it doesn't matter anymore! No more enforcing laws!

you know inpoetry1 this may suprise you but the United States was once a struggling country too. And did millions of americans flee?
Mexicans should rise up and fix their own problems.

Short Answer: No,
people migrate due to sub-standard living and or governmental oppession or persecution.

Long Answer:
You live for granted within a democratic government. Where free speech is free*, have the right to veto and vote. Where you are given human rights regardless of age, race, gender, orientation, choice of religion*. Free from persecution, and oppression! More importantly you have the ability to make choices and entilted to your opinion with the absence of influence(s).

Unfortunately, these ideas are not applicable to the whole entire world. There are lots of countries that lack a 'humane' government and some that are not even governed at all. To further understand this you need to understand the various types of government that exist in this world OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA! (THE WHOLE WORLD DOES NOT OPERATED ON A 'DIRECT DEMOCRACY' GOVERNING SYSTEM. TO THINK SO IS JUST IGNORANCE.)

These various types of governments include: Capitalist, Communist, Anarchy, Military Regime, Dictatorship, Monarchy, Totalitarian State, Revolutionary, Transistional and Democracy. All of which have variations and sub-catergories depending on region.

The reasons why there is a steady influx of immigration and will always be, is that people are either displaced (due to war, famine or enviromental detoriation) and or internal conflicts afflicted by the governing body of their region.

Imagine you were in an country where there is no choice or opinion, religious freedom, and any effort for reform would result in death. Well this is reality in alot of countries. Tens of thousands of people face exile, persecution and even death for just being, a member of the opposite sex, religion, ethnicity, or polictal party. There are numberous examples either historical or on-going. Take for example Belgrade, Bosnia, Middle East, Jeresulam and countless others that are either forgotten or go unnoticed. People flee to avoid death, destruction and search for a better life and freedom. (The same you take for granted)

After all, where did you or your family come from?

Legislation's a good start, but no law's worth more than the paper it's printed on unless it's backed up by international treaties and honest, ethical enforcement. There's people out there that are flat-out racist that'd try to capitalize on all this in a hot second, so you have to guard against that, too. But, like I said, enforcement is key, you can have all the laws on the books you want, kind of like we do now, but if the state cops and our national govt. don't /won't enforce em, they don't amount to much.

Part of this whole problem has been Mexico, right down the line. Illegal immigration=big bucks for Mexico. BIG bucks. Like, lots and lots of money, and stuff, on a one-way trip out of the US economy. So, if your business hires like 80% illegals, it's a fair bet that a good chunk of the wages you pay em is headed south. For good. That's not beneficial to our economy. They can go be 'hard-working' back in Mexico, too. Mexico could apparently use a lot of 'hard work'...

No, they are not traitors to their own country (Mexico), they are fools. They are the ones Mexico discards. They are the poorest of the poor in Mexico. The hopeless. Mexico gladly watches them leave and cares nothing about them except for the US dollars the send back to Mexico. Mexico uses them, and they are fools. They come here as Mexicans, not Americans. They dont learn the language, and the bring their mexican flags with them. They reject all that is America, and instead choose to be proud Mexicans, even tho their country rejects them. The dont assimulate into american society, and they are a drain on the American social system.

Illegals aren't traitors. They're hungry. They need money to feed their families. Calling on the US government to vigorously enforce immigration law is a valid point, but to demonize illegal immigrants is wrong. It's so nice to sit a comfortable chair as a citizen of the richest country and pass judgement on economic migrants. Maybe you would have had a more humble opinion had you been born to struggling parents in a developing country.

some people , it's not that they are traitors it's just that some of them come really bad places.I think that when bush makes it so easy for bosnians and europeans to come over legaly they should do the smae with haitians and mexicans. If they think america is great enough to live here then they should come .i mean have you seen how much Mexico is under so much influence of drugs. Is it not ok for a young mother to want her children to grow up in a safer country? I really think it's ok if they come over here illegaly and like so many of them do then go and become legal again later.if we just sent them back then our economy would be crushed no doubt. They do come with some crime but no more then us americans do.their people just like us no different.and they deserve to live in this great country same as we.
