will people who are gay and born again christians be raptured when Christ returns?

i am a gay africanamerican male who belongs to a pentecostal church...and i want to know what people think about this: if you are saved, born again and believe that Jesus will return again will you be caught up to meet him when he returns for his church?

That will be between you and God. Only God can see a mans heart. We do not see as God sees. Even God said it was an abomination, however there is only one unforgiveable sin that will keep you out of heaven and that is the cursing of the Holy Spirit. I don't agree with your lifestyle and choose not to have it forced on me and my family to accept because to us it is NOT natural, however, again, only God can see a mans heart.

The bottom line is this:

Jesus died for the sins - every single sin - ever committed by every person in the world.

To get the Heaven you must:

Accept Jesus Christ as your savior
Ask him to forgive all your sins.
BE SINCERE (he'll know)
Believe that Jesus Christ is The Son of God and was nailed to the cross to pay for YOUR sins.
That He rose on the 3rd day and lives.
He lives at the right hand of God awaiting the time of Judgement.

Now, about your problem with homosexuality. It is a sin. God did not "make" you that way. I also, as a Born again Believer, believe you may not "choose" to be gay - but find that you are.
There are reasons in science that I believe can make you feel the wrong attraction for another man, which happens in the womb not too long after conception. It has to do with the testosterone hormone that washes over the embryo.

Even so, God doesn't make bad things happen, but he allows things to happen. Like someone born without arms. Have you seen them? They brush their teeth with their feet. They type with their feet. They cook with their feet. But, they have not let their affliction define them. They rose above it - usually with the help of God through their faith.

Likewise, your affliction is a terrible burden. But God never gives us more that we can handle if we put our "Faith in Him". If you are a Christian, you know, with the help of the Holy Spirit which is in you - - all things are possible. You wouldn't ask this question if you didn't already know the answer. I have gay friends that I care about very much, but I am saddened indeed to see they are deceived by their church that God made them that way - so it is OK. That is not Gods Truth.

Every sinner is expected to REPENT of their sin, and then, in the words of Jesus, "Go and sin no more." Only a true commitment to yourself and to God to give up this lifestyle will get you into Heaven. If you never have sex again it wouln't kill you - but it might save you!

I know it won't be easy. And you may slip up from time to time, but God says "gays" will not enter the kingdom. I'm sure you have read it.

If you are a sodomite, you can not be a Christian, you must repent of this sin. This is just like any other sin, if I am living in fornication with a woman and going to church and the rapture happens, I will not be going in the rapture. Very simple I needed to get married or get out of the relationship and be born again. God can deliver you from this sin and save you. You can not be in both camps, satan or Gods but you must choose.

Yet there are men that teach the church is raptured. Men that teach that flesh and blood is taken and others left behind. It’s nonsense when you study His Word.

If they truly repented and changed their ways (ie not gay anymore) then yes.

If you practice being gay than you haven't followed the word of God and continue to sin without truly repenting then he may leave you here to work on that.

We are all sinners but as long as we recognise our sin and continually repent than you should be fine. You are not gay but a Christian pulled towards the sin of homosexuality.
