No, that just superstition, don't worry about it. It’s like asking... do you get 7 yrs bad luck from breaking a mirror... But if you truly believe you it’s might come true, like if you think you’ll getting sick but you might get sick ....

Make a straw figure of the person who sent you the chain letter in the first place.
Lay the straw figure on the ground - should be outside or on a hard floor.
Take a hammer and bash the hell out of the straw figure while cursing the SOB and saying things like "take that you $#@#%$&!"
Once you're tired. Breathe deeply and then clean up the mess. Your bad luck will be history.

stop believeing you have aquired bad luck from the chain letter and it will do wonders
I've heard if you walk under a ladder,kick a black cat and brake a mirror it helps also...good luck! (but only if you forward this to 100 people)

First you break a mirror ,walk behind a black cat while going under a ladder. then step on a crack in the side walk, say 13,13 times,tell somebody in the KKK that they would look better in black or yellow. Better yet decide that you have better things to do in life than worry about bad luck. Good luck!
