I have meditated for over 7 years and feel that I have acheived to a point. I need assistance to advance in a deeper meditation? When I say deeper I mean stuff that advances you to do what an Ascended Master would do. Could this be though prana breathing?

For me, deepest state of meditation is to experience God, and it is a peaceful state of mind.

It is when you actualised the His word, and his will in your life.

Depends on what your goal is.

Many would say that meditation is the point unto itself. There is no goal to meditation except for the centeredness achieved in being in the present moment of *now*, and the ability to carry over that mindfulness into every moment of our lives.

Meditation is it's own reward.

Any kind of 'altered conciousness' achieved in meditation isn't based in reality, and is impermanent anyways. Use your meditation skills to focus on the present moment right *here* and *now*, every moment, of every day. THAT is Enlightenment.

Good luck on your search! :)

You can not yet sit still in a room.

Try the meditation at link below.

I WOULD HAVE TO SAY SLEEP. BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH YOUR BODY IS SLEEPING, YOUR BRAIN IS NOT. THUS YOU HAVE DREAMS, WHICH IS STILL VERY RELAXED THOUGHT, AND INNER PEACE. OTHERWISE KNOWN AS MEDITATION. HAVE YOU EVER FELL ASLEEP MEDITATING??? WELL I HAVE AND I LOVE IT.
