the guys rules. it like they turn it into a religon or something. and if your dating a guy its his house his rules, its like all of a sudden us girls become property of man. which sucks, girls have rules , if the guys don't follow girl rules then why should we follow boy rules.

Because guy rules protect us from irrational feminine behavior. Men with wisdom know how to protect our hearts (much more tender than the female variety) and our rules are time tested and true.
Women don't have any rules anyway, except for "The Rules" which is a book that details how to land a husband, not love. Women fall in love and fall out of love on illogical whims, and men's rules help to prevent that from happening. Men know what they want, they just have trouble getting it and then keeping it. Be happy men have their rules, we follow them in order to keep our girlfriends/wives.

That is because that person is insecure. It all comes down to respect and a lil give and take. It sounds like the person you may be thinking of is all take and no give. Guys needs to realize relationships go both ways.
