I never attract guys my age - they never ask me out. Only older men. I usually click with the older ones because I'm smart and mature - and they tell me I'm pretty.
I always have fantasies about sleeping with an older man, but here's the thing: I'm a virgin.
What's wrong with me? Why do I feel this way? And why can't I get a guy my own age?

Sounds pretty normal to me. Most that I know are into older men though for some reason. I wouldn't say there's anything particularly wrong with dating an older guy, except that they have other reasons than just love usually for dating younger women. i.e. bragging rights and such. ALL men are attracted to young, good looking women, so you'll always get hit on by older guys. Guys your age are probably still getting over insecurities and such, so that could be part of it.
Don't give up and don't settle, but be careful with the older guys...

" - That is the most naive thing I've ever heard. Older definitely does not = more mature or open to commitment.....cripes...so much detail and examples could be given here...

There is nothing wrong with you. For whatever reason, you may simply not attract or be attracted to men your age. Why you would be attracted to and attract men much older than you has many possibilities. However, if you are being honest and you are still a virgin, the time simply hasn't come for you to lose your virginity. There is nothing wrong with that.
Why you feel the way you do I think is because you are analyzing and rationalizing whatever is going on with your heart and in your mind beyond reason, so you are only adding to the confusion, uncertainty, and insecurity you already feel.
As long as you are being honest, there is nothing wrong with you and when the time is right, you'll know. Stop worrying so much about what for many women is totally normal and natural.

There is nothing wrong with you being a virgin, unless you have a fear of sex or the intimacy sex requires. I don't know about all men, but I suspect the following is not atypical.
When i was a young 17 year old Marine I fell in love with a 35-year old divorce. Soon I was falling in love with every woman between 30 and 40 I met, as long as she was good looking, had a raspy, sexy voice, and a hint of crows feet. When I was 34 I met a young woman (18)who was mature acting but had many girlish traits, dressed to the nines, was extremely good looking, and for some unknown reason, enjoyed my company. We started having pretty causal and innocent non-dates--meeting for lunch or coffee, taking the train together after work, etc. After six months we started dating in earnest and eventually she moved in with me. We stayed together for six years and I can't tell you why we went separate ways, but we did. So in my case, older women had my attention until I was about 25 and then I started paying attention to the younger gals. I used to think something was wrong with me, but now I know I was a pretty smart guy.

Older men are more patient, more understanding, and will treat you better than guys your own age. They usually have more money too which is a real plus. You have fantasized about sleeping with an older guy, so in your mind , you must like the idea. Nothing wrong with that!

DID YOU EVER THINK THAT YOUR JUST A MORE MATURE MIND ? In the end it doest matter what you look like or what he looks like, if you don't "relate" to each other whats the point.I'm sure all the young guys will say there just dirty old men but as a 39 yr old, i say love is love no matter the age. my dad was 12 yrs older than my mom an they made it 45 years before he died. that's the drawback you must expect, you will most likely out live him.

dont worry girl im 17 almost 18 and i have been atracting older guys to, if hes in his 30's go for it i tell my self the older i get the older they should to plus there real men there to not boys and age is just a number. but if they look old ewww.

Older Guys will always be attracted to younger grls especially the beautiful one's, i dont think anything is wrong with you ur just an old fashion gal. you want the guys to come to you, I've heard of these places called clubs were you find ppl ur age.... lol.

In my opinion, there is no problem with you. It is nice that you attract to the people who are more mature and who by virtue of their experience, knows what a women or a girl wants. Once you sleep with them you will like more than the guys of ur age. I also wanted to see your pic as i am 35 yrs and love to have sex with u.

Why should you force yourself get a guy on your own age?
It's your freedom to choose.
And we can see you are happy with older men.
It's perfect match for a mature and smart girl with man that older than her.
