why can we only purchase water in bottles and gallons not cans like we do with soft drinks ,,don't you think that it will be better when you want a cold drink to buy it from a can and will stay cold longer. or will the can change the taste of the water.

That is funny, since I get canned water from the airlines when I fly place. I have not had any problems with it. Maybe they just can it for airlines and maybe overseas- military friend has seen it canned also.

I had water in a can once, I think it was from Dasani, and it was nasty. They aluminum made the water taste funky.

I think the cans would rust sitting in storage, plus the cans will get hotter and water will evaporate from them ...... just a thought :)

the metal takes all the minerals away from the water

because the metal of the can will put minerals in the can will make it taste like metal
