Circumcission ain't really that important unless your just too lazy to keep your self clean then I guess you could have a problem.

Due health reasons it is better for the male to be circumcised even though as a baby there is a very small chance of being put at risk form bleeding. As for a woman being circumcised I can't think of any benefit other than to the male during sex.

Circumcised is better for the guy. First of all, he doesn't have nasty stuff to keep clean. Secondly, it will be less sensitive and will last longer in sex.

Once you're circumcised it's a bit too late to decide, it should be made illegal for someone to mutilate baby boys.

Sorry I don't have much knowledge about this, But I know that 85% men are uncircumcised. and that is natural.
