48 y/o, single father of a 2 y/o son. Serious Question~I want to know what's wrong here~ People get maried because : (1) they are in "lust", (2) because the girl is pregnant, (3) for the purpose of imigration, (4) for insurance or tax reasons : Why am I not having luck, when my "purpose" involves a "cause" well worth becoming passionate about & offers so much? Don't people "learn to love", based on other qualities that build a strong foundation anymore?

I am only thirteen, so no I wouldn't. But if I were older, hey why not....you seem like a nice guy!!!!!!!!!!! I also think its great that you are a single father.

Be patient, you will find what you are looking for in time. Have a little faith. There are a lot of good people out there with qualities that build a strong foundation for a long term relationship and/or marriage. Good luck and remember, there is always hope.

We married for love after 8 year and 2 children. We always said we would marry one day when we found the time and I guess we found the time..lol. We had many people tell us "NO, DON'T DO IT, IT WILL RUIN WHAT YOU HAVE TOGETHER!" But if anything it has made us stronger as a couple and love each other more. We feel like we belong it each other now!
