Wisdom comes with experience and the older you get, the more experiences you have had to learn from. But....if you have a closed mind, you can live to be 100 and still not be very wise. Wise people listen and learn and try not to repeat mistakes. They will offer up advice if desired.
This doesn't mean all older people are wise though, many have had limited experiences. It is fair to say you can only be as wise as your education and experiences have allowed you to gain wisdom. Many are closed minded, and quite frankly there is no shortage of stupid people of all ages.
Also unfortunately for many the mind deteriorates.
So you will get wiser with age IF you seek to never stop learning.
oh..I'm over 45.

Sometimes. I think wisdom can also come with experience. Young people who have been through major upheavals in their lives can often have greater wisdom than what their biological age would indicate.
No sorry not over 45 - I'm 37.

Not necessarily..God seems to think that wisdom is something that he gives to people.. 63 years old & 30 years with Christ.
Psa 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
1Ki 10:24 And all the earth sought to Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.
1Ki 4:29 And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.

I think alot of wisdom comes with age. I think most people realize that the lives they're living isn't what they hoped for, so they turn it around in a more positive way that can change it for the better. The best example is giving all their problems to God and letting Him change them from the inside out.

Wisdom does NOT comes with age. Only thing that comes with age is experience and wrinkles. Too bad not enough people learn from past experience.

No wisdom comes from experience. I have met 16 year olds with more wisdom and experience than 80 year olds.

Yes....I'm 41. The older you are the more experiences you have and the more wisdom you gain. You learn much more from your failures than your successes. Too bad you can't go back and do things over again. Always listen to older folks...you can learn a lot from them.

Add a third of it to itself.
The very little of it I've gathered has been an incredibly slow accumulation through time. But I am proud of my thimble-full.
A lot of us old-timers are too old to misbehave - which often, and mistakenly, passes for wisdom or virtue.
And yes, I've known some that seem to have been born wise. But not a single one is kin.
